what do you think about swaping a f22 or 23 sohc vtec in a eg.
good/bad-pros/cons....and if so, what mounts i need and where to get them if special. I figured since the motor has more torque than a b16 and just a bit short in horsepower, it will be quite interesting, since its still a single cam.

 

might as well slap a snail on the existing motor.

 

Why swap in te first place?

 

cause i don't wanna boost my d series. i have a mini-me in my ef hatch with a homemade turbo kit on the side that i don't want to install. I want something else. If anything I'll boost the f motor.

 

i think u should keep your turbo setup and grab a b18 ls engine and turbo that

i don't wanna boost my d series is because i have a shitty trans and i need parts for my ecu that i can't find, so i'm running my motor nonvtec right now.
