Default bent my valves

im pritty sure that i bent my valves down shifting instead of up and i was wondering how much i should expect to pay and if i only need to replace the valves or the spring and retainers too?

probably have to open the bitch up and see exactly what you did before we can really say what you need. also price will depend on if you do the work yourself or take it to a shop. labor costs pwn

typically you replace just the valves, the parts themselves are like ~$400 labor will cost something like $300? Figure you'll spend $1000-$1200 to be on the safe side.

I recently got my H23 head rebuilt with brand new valves for about $675.

damn how much would it cost if i wanted to go with Stainless steel valves and do i need to get better retainers and springs if i do that

with new valves, you have to take the head to machine shop to regrind with new valves.

wow.. those prices are expensive.. i just got some REV valves, springs and retainers for ~400

i got a set of super tech nitride coated valves intake and exhaust brand new in box for a h22 il' sell em to ya for 185 just cause your a h-t member
