Default Fuse/Relay

What can be done to let oil spray without letting the car start? Coming out of storage.
Would pulling the main relay work? Where is it?

Yeah, just pull the ignition coil wire.

I started the car this morning and everything seems to be running fine. However, at idle the tach reads zero (the idle is normal). Also, when i took it out, I had two bars for the temp, while i was driving, suddenly, it went down to one bar. The temp outside is about 15-20 degrees. The car drives/drove fine. No apprent problems. BTW, neither of these problems were there when the car went into storage 3months back.

The gauges are fine when theyre cold. No jumping or anytihing like that. The tach does pick up when i rev. It just seems like it might be off by 500-600rpm because it is starting from zero. The temp gauge when im driving will lose one bar and then come back immediately to normal. Any wires to checl?
