Default New Amp

I recently bought 2 Clarion SRV1243 12 SVC's, rated at 300 RMS. I have a Clarion DPX 1000.2 and want to know how I should wire them in a sealed enclosure. The amp is rated at:

250 watts x 2 @ 4 ohms
450 watts x 2 @ 2 ohms
500 watts x 2 @ 1 ohms
1000 watts x 1 @ 2 ohms

The sealed enclosure is divided into two spaces, one for each sub. I would also like to know if I should cut a big hole in the divider leaving it only for extra support or keep the subs separate.
I have been reading lots for a couple of days and learned alot but I would still appreciate an experts opinion.
