question on component sets in general..please look
ok, i have a 2000 integra, and i was thinking about buying the infinity kappa perfect component set. i was jsut wondering if that would include all the speakers i would need for my car. two rear speakers, two door speakers, and two tweeters. i dont really know too much about car audio and i just need some help on the subject. thanks!
"Component sets" include a woofer, tweeter and crossover. They are generally only for the front. It is a step up from a coaxial speaker because the woofer/tweeter is seperate; so there is no compromise on the post or mounting of the tweeter over the woofer. It also allows some install flexibility. Most believe, including myself, believe that a component set is of higher quality materials and sound. If you wish to install rear speakers, some coaxial or mid-woofers (no tweeter) would be fine.
