cant give specs but brian at crower did the grinding for me to the specs i gave him its a mid and highend cam only pulls to 8grand with a stock nonvtec head no porting or any thing
sorry cant give specs , it wont free to find out what kinda power band i needed for dragracing and what my head will take
put it this way i went thru many sets of valve seals try to get it right

i dunno but i got the specs from some guys and its on a crower sheet...they even have a stock cam yet a little more aggresive....its a stage between oem and stage 1....so umm .5? lol i'll post that later.

stock 1993 H23A1 cams:
Measured at 0.050" lift.
Intake opening (BTDC)
-21° (so that is 21° ATDC)
Intake closing (ABDC)
24°
Duration: 183°
Exhaust opening (BBDC)
30°
Exhaust closing (ATDC)
-20° (20° BTDC)
Duration: 190°
Gross valve lift measured w/1.67 rocker ratio
Intake @ cold .003" clearance:
~0.370"
Exhaust @ cold .006 clearance:

Hi im looking to buy a pair of crower stage 1 camshafts, do u know if crower has any offical retailers or do they only sell direct. Becuase i tried looking for their prices and could not find any stores that sells h23 cams.
