It all started when Renee and I decided to replace the ratty, dried leather, airbag removed steering wheel on the Neon. Naturally I called Louis to see what he could do for me on a Momo wheel.

This was YESTERDAY AFTERNOON by the way. After - noon. As in after lunch.

We talked for a while about racing and such. Pleasant as usual. He gave me a great deal on a wheel and a hub and said he'd ship it to me pretty quick.
Then the UPS guy showed up early today with my new steering wheel.
Did I ask for next day - nope.
Did I pay for next day - nope.
Did I get it in less than 24 hours - Yep.
Wow.

And thats when I figured the sneaky bastard out. He's so good at what he does, has such a great product and such phenominal customer service that you actually aren't at all bothered that you are giving him your money. You barely notice it and you do it with a smile on your face.

Wish we could have that problem with more places we order from.

 

While I really haven't spent a whole lot of money with Louis from LTBMotorsports, he's by far the best vender I've ever delt with. Louis rocks!
