It will work...I have it sitting in my dash right now.

I wrecked my car and the airbags went off...and I decided to just put the tray in there instead of an airbag cover. (i just wanted something different and I thought it was cool) I was told that it fits just fine and you wouldn't have to modify anything. Well the tray was too wide (not length but the width, from the front of the dash to the back towards the windshield) so i just took my grinder (since I had it there to clean up some welds on my core support.) and grinded off about a 1/4 of an inch and it popped in fine. Then I sealed it down with a lil shoe goo and it looks great.

Even the guys at my work (hate honda's just because of the reputation) like it and think that the block off tray is tight, even though I just bought it because I felt like using that instead of a airbag cover. But yes it will work, and I'm sorry I still don't have any pictures (like 3 different people have sent me messages.) The only hard part is getting the old airbag cover off. the rest is pretty easy. Good Luck!
