FAN Help!!
anyone knoe how to wire one of my Fans to turn on (the INTAKE side, passenger) to a switch so i can turn it on and off. I heard this is possible, and would like to knoe how. If its not possible, than sorrie for wasting your time.
I have a 97 honda civic dx hatchback.

simple, goto thermostat housing and find fan switch. Wire in a switch that will create a circuit between those 2 wires. I used a simple 10 amp switch and 16 gauge speaker wire.
Make sure you find the right wires FIRST!

that way you can cool down engine while in staging lanes.
Also while idle in traffic, 95 degrees outside, A/C blasting, fan running manually, water temp will stay at 180-185 degrees instead of cycling at 210 degrees.
