i am running Garrette Super 70....
Can anyone tell me why Turbo Chok?
when i hit aroung 5000 RPM it choks..Does it mean i am running lean or its because my wastegage is open....

Because you are not running a 7 series plug gapped to a .028-.030.
Go to advance or auto zone and order some NGK 3330 spark plugs. That's just one of your problems.... tune that motor.
