Default Another stupid bolt question

My LCA bolt that attaches to the trailing arm is seized up. Haven't tried heat yet but i have little faith that it will work (even though that is my next step) BUT if that doesn't work, what are my options? What can i use to cut through the bolt or welded nut? Saw zaw, or something else?

I hate northest LCA bolts, of the 6 i was fortunate enough to get 3 off. The other two to the shock can stay stuck b/c i'm removing the lca's anyway and the shocks.

to Northeast honda LCA's.

if its seized, and u want it out, heat or torch it out but if not than just stand on it with a ratchet and it will snap..
