Default Have some questions about boosting D16A9-ZC

I have a D16A9 engine, better known as DOHC ZC - 130PS.
Stock CR is about 9.5:1... running on 14psi, what would be the right CR? I have an option to put in pistons from D16A7 (not sure if they are the same height) - CR would be 8:1.
Whole engine will be rebuild. Where is the limit, using stock pistons and rods? Would 14psi be too much? OK, who has done that and what were the consequences? I know what can happen... but where is the limit...
Stock max rev is set to about 8000 rpm. How to choose a right turbocharger?
From where to get oil for turbine lubrication? I mean, from oil pump->turbine->oil pan? Any picture to show me how to work that out?
