i was driveing along and the check engine light came up ..

i opend the hood , but the engine didnt do anything diffrent?


how do i turn off the light... do i need a laptop

 

get a diagnostics done, its like 60$... but before you do that, make sure your gas cap is tight (believe it or not in some cases its the cause), then reset your ecu (disconnect battery for a few minutes) and see if light comes back on. If it comes back on, try to do the "jumper" trick. I dont know much about your model accord, 91 I'm assuming? But do a search and do your own diagnostic. If you cant figure it out, pay someone to test it. Good luck.
