Default 00-01 GSR harness in B18C1 powered EX problem

Its a 94 EX coupe and it has a 95 B18C1. I did the swap for the guy and he gave me a 00-01 (obd-2 of course) engine harness. I was hesitant at first thinking this **** aint gonna work, but it did. It all plugged right in at the shock towers, with exception of one plug. The motor also came with the matching obd-2 electronics, such as the dizzy and the injectors. The motor started and runs perfect, however the tach doesnt work. So i go and look at the dizzy plug and see the blue wire (for the tach) is there on the dizzy;s side of the plug. Then i look on the engine harness's side of the plug and notice there is a rubber cap over the spot where the blue wire should be. So, there is no tach wire on the GSR harness's side of the plug like there is on every other honda i have messed with (mostly older ones). Where is the easiest spot on the car's harness to run the blue wire to so i can get a tach signal?

Thanks for any help u guys can provide.

I think i already found what wire u are talking about...and i thought about tapping into it but i wanted to be sure. Is it a blue wire? I noticed the blue wire on the car's side of the harness, but NOT on the engine harness' side. I figured that MAY be the one.
