wiring tach on ex
here's my problem. i have a small style dizzy plug and ive wired it for a big style plug (96-98) im doing a ls swap and the ckf only has 2 wires on the ckf.. now i connected all the wires i could and im left with one wire on the dizzy which is the blue tach wire.
my question is, im left with one wire on my harness side which is blue on the ckf side and white/blk iirc which goes to the ecu.
im running a s300.
1. can i wire the blue wire on dizzy to that wire on my harness side whre the ckf was suppose to be or
2. can i switch the ckfs from my sohc to the dohc to keep my 3wire plug?
my harness is almost completely custom becuase of a shave/wire bay&engine tuck.so im trying to figure out which is the easiest way to run the wire, i've been told by a friend to just run the wire to the dead plug on drivers tower (whcih is now inside the car) but i dont want to do that if i can avoid it by doing it through the ECU.
also, where can i find a diagram of where each plug goes into? a bunch of plugs on my harness could go to multiple sensors in which i dont want to mess up..
btw this is my first honda swap/working on a honda.

Re: wiring tach on ex (PhrequenC)
since you have almost a complete custom harness, you would be the best to answer the first question.
as to the wiring, you need a helms manual. they cost over $75 for a new one, but have tons of info. they can be found online too.
