i was wondering how important fuel management (like hondata or uberdata) was for a nitrous setup?

I know it's always good to not have your grandma's fuel maps, but do you get the gains that you would like tuning a turbo setup? Is it really only needed if you're using larger injectors?

I couldn't find anything in my searching

 

I believe nitrous has to be tuned by volume...which is hard to keep at a constant
