Default 14b on jdm dohc good or no good

hey i seen a kid on another website with a 14b turbo on his f22 dohc and he showed the dyno. well full boost was at 4000 rpm, in which he got around 225 hp, and 275 torque, then just fell to around 170 hp at 6000 rpm. could tuning the airflow fix the high rpm drop off?

You'd have to look and see if his boost pressure was dropping off in the high rpms. If so, a large downpip could fix it. But, being that it is 2.2l more than likely the turbo was just falling out of its efficiency range, in which case, a larger turbo was needed.
