Getting new wheels..help me decide on WIDTH
Im getting some 16" circuit 8s soon....i hope..
dont bash me becasue im putting 16s on my EG and they will be too huge I like them.
Anyway....i wanna run a 215-225 tire on the front and rear.
i think the offset of the rota wheel is +42? do you guys think I wil be able to run a 215/40/16 tire without it rubbing the fender?
i do have about a degree of neg. camber as well...
i just want wider tires for more traction

we arent gonna bash you for putting 16's on. you should be okay with the 215/40/r16 tires but not positive

I have heard from the Auto-X crowd that 215's don't really make an improvment, but I have no personal experience. You will only have one or two tires to chose from at 215-40-16 also.
they mihgt not help much in cornering but the traction is there when accelerating
i know with my 14" azenis (195) i lose traction when I accelerate and want to spin wheels....and I have a d 16
