OBD2 compared to OBD0 Pr3 head differences?
Strickly the sensors/plugs for the head NOT the intake manifold (I know there's a world of differences in there)
What are the differences in the two heads when it comes to wiring (given I have a 99 Si engine harness)
Someone please tell me nothing.

heads are the same externally. the only difference is the newer heads have billet spray bars and the 1st gen heads are cast and are rough. when it comes to wiring it is mainly the intake manifold that is of difference.
all the plugs should be the same except for the vtec solenoid. the obd0 has the milky white plug, obd2 has the gray plug. the coolant temp sensor should plug in, as well as the sensor for the temp gauge. jdm motors won't have the oil pressure switch tho. btw, the dealer won't know **** about obd0 b16's b/c they were never sold in the US

Exactly.
Ok dantastic, stay with me few more questions...
I have my old usdm b16 vtec solinoid, so thats fine. All I am doing is swapping the head, nothing else.
Oil pressure switch not there, ok so what happens then? This is kinda what I was afraid of...

everything should plug in. for the vtec pressure switch, just use a usdm vtec solenoid. one difference is that the aluminum bars that hold the cam caps are different but do not cause any performance difference. One is cast aluminum and the other is extruded or something like that

my jdm b16 already had a usdm oil pressure switch on it (the previous owner had put it on). i guess that there's just a plug there on the jdm head. the usdm switch should work fine.
