Check Engine Light, Code P1457

Anyone have an ideas how to fix this?

take it to the dealer, it is an evap. code most likely the cvs valve failed. I'm guessing its a 98-02 accord?

Make sure your gas cap is on tight.

code 1456 would be a loose gas cap. 1457 is for the canister system not the tank system

Ah yes, a northern car. All the corrosion will cause this, it's one of the valves on the canister, the vent shut valve I believe. If you've got under 80k miles, it's probably under the federal emmissions warranty. I'd give the dealer a quick call to check.
