Whats up w/ this!?
okay, i picked my car up from the shop. got a new head, head gasket, and timeing belp. after i got it from the shop i noticed that it was a bit louder, kinda like there was a hole in the exhaust by the headers... just what it sounds like "kinda" but i didnt think that it was too serious, due to the fact that i havnt had my car in forever and wanted to drive like no other... flame all ya want...
anyways, its getting worse, much, louder, it idles like ****, i dont have pretty much any torque when in 5th curiseingthe interstate and going up a overpass, it like... ehh.. yeah, no tq... and when accelerating, it hesitates. i have to pratically ride the cltuch when going from a stop to 1st gear or it'll buck a bit... any ideas?

ive had a warped head and blown head gasket, didnt do anything like that dude. and its a new gasket. no oil leaks, nothing, perfect. but ill check the headers, if there not loose, back to the shop... thx yall
I cant imagine it would be that severe, I had Exuast manifold bolts fall off while driving and there was a noticible leak. I never had those syptoms.
Take it back, it was just worked on. Tell them that its not good business to put people cars back together wrong.
And regardless of what it is. Headgasket, timming, Leaks of any sort. They should fix it for free since they more than likely messed it up.
they remove alot of stuff to do what they did. Hell they could have torn a intake manifold gasket. Theres no sense in you tearing the car apart if you payed for the work.
Good luck
