Default T3/T4 turbo and exhaust manifold for 400

my boy just bought a freshly rebuild b16 with a garrett T3/T4 turbo, but i guess the turbo is to small for what he wants to run, so im thinkin about buying the turbo and the exhaust manifold off of him for 400. 200 each, which is a steal. but my question is what else am i going to need: fuel injectors, intercooler, wastgate, oil lines, downpipe, gaskets, exhaust. also if im only running about 8 pounds of boost, do u think i need to build up my GS-R motor? and if so do u think i should drop the boost down to inorder to make it so that i dont need to build it up?

ok you have the turbo and minifold, now all you need is

oil feed lines
wastegate (if not combined with the turbo)
piping
injectors
ECU
fuel pump
vacume lines
piping
intercooler
BOV
all gaskets
downpipe
possibly better rad to aid in the cooling fo the engine now that its fi
fuel pressure regulator
and a hole bunch more

8psi on the stock GSR motor woudl be ok for a near new motor, but from your pic i notice that you have a 2GEN, so that likely means that there are a reasonable number of miles on the engine. So to add to the list there is a FULL tune up.

New belts
oil
possibly oil pump to cope with the new demand of having a turbo in there
plugs
wires
almost all of the ignition system should be checked and or repaired
compression test
coolant hoses replaced
coolant flush
engine flush

You need to prep the motor to take alot more beating than normal. if it has alot of miles on the engine you will want to rebuild the motor or risk blowing it up.

6-8 pounds of boost is safe for your gsr. i would not go over 8 if your havent done any upgrading as far as your block is concerned

its a 2nd GEN. integra but I did a engine swap and put in a 95 b18c1.so it doesnt have as many miles on it, but i was thinkin it'd be a good idea anyways to do a full tune up. Once is all put together i should get hondata correct? or i know you can send your ECU out and get it chipped, then upload a program into your computer, hook your ECU up to it and tune it yourself.
