Default open dp/o2 question

i plan on running a full 3" open dp. im wondering is i have the wideband sensor about 19"s away from the turbo outlet and 10"s away from the end of the dp, will i get a good/accurate reading? or is it to close to the end of the end of the dp and will get a bad reading since it'll mix in with fresh oxygen?

I have been running open downpipe for probably 6 months now, and every once and a while if I'm barely on the throttle (think -20 vac), the a/f reading will be off. But as soon as i push the throttle just a little bit (-18 vac) the reading is where it should be. Under any boost conditions the readings are always consistent and accurate. btw my wb02 placement is similar to yours, maybe a little bit further in on the downpipe

My car is too low to see anything. Imagine where the o2 sensor is on a stock header, well my wb02 sensor is right in front of that, probably about 10- 11in from the end of the downpipe. And I am running the bosch sensor for the Techedge 1.0 kit.

Why is the o2 bung down at the very end of most downpipes, when the o2 sensor on headers or stock mani is up next to the top?
