I have a set of JDM visions on my eg
And lately ive noticed that some water was getting in
Im not talking about a little bit of condesation
Im talking about like almost half full
I took it off this morning after it rained and it seriously looked like some pour a poland spring water bottle into my corners?!?!?!!
I tryed a couple of weeks ago to put some crazy glue around the seal but this apparently didnt work.
Im just wondering were all of this water got in because its a hell of a lot of water not just a little. I looked over the corner light and couldnt find anywhere major that the water could be coming in
ANyone ever have this problem?
thanks

you put this around the seal?
Like where the plastic lense meets the housing?
thanks

Yeah I was wondering about the crazy glue too. You should have used silicone. I did the DIY CTR lights, and I have not experienced any condensation to this day, its been 6 months!

looks like someone's playing a joke on you!

i agree, silicone would probably be better than crazy glue.

It's a guess but maybe the crazy glue screwed up the silicone. I remember I used crazy glue on one of my plastic car model cause I ran out of model glue and it melted the **** out of it.

teh sky has been falling here in cali for about 3 days straight... good thing i have my waterproof vision knockoffs.
my car actually came with APC euro clears. there was like a 1" gap in the glue between the lense and housing. Vision = APC?
but in all seriousness, grab a tube of clear of black silicone and run a nice bead on a clean, dry surface. let the silicone dry at room temp over night. it should make a nice seal.
