Default SOHC Turbo Question?

Hello.
Well I have a 95 Civic Ex Coupe and I'm currently building a custom turbo. The following are my parts

No Internals
AEM High Volume Fuel Rail
Walbro 255cc Fuel Pump
T25 Turbo
Tubular Stainless Steal Exhuast Manifold
31x5x2 1/2 FMIC
Vortech FMU
2.5 Catback to the Cat 3" to the Mufflar
2.5 Intercooler piping
Blitz BOV

My Question is, is there anyone else out there that has ran a turbo on a stock d16z6 and if so what are you putting down I just want a estimate.

Thanks Comments are Apreeciated.

A little more, but I would also consider sleeving the block if you really want to push it.

I don't mean to sound like a noob, but what do mean by sleeving the block?

In essence you make the cylinder walls thicker. Try looking around in the forced induction forum also. Tons of people are running turbo D16's.

I don't know if you have ever pulled the head off of your block, but there is really nothing that supports the cylinders from the sides, that is why you sleeve a block, to help the structural support. Because the coolant flows around the cylinders to cool them the factory didn't want anything there to disrupt the flow, thus nothing is there to support the cylinder either. Another cheap alternative to sleeving is buying a block guard off of ebay, they run around $60 and are some cheap insurance. Hope this helps in your venture.

You may want to look into better fuel management than just the FMU + pump and regulator, that's a very crude form. Especially for that high of boost. Do some research into Uberdata and larger injectors, as it will actually be tunable, and should make better power in the long run.
