resistor.. which is better???? searched..
I have a question..... when goin boost people are using dsm injectors they need a resistor box/resistors. Which is better the box off of a older honda or the resistors from radioshack??
i ran into the same question a while back. i found out the hard way. i wired up the resistored, soldered them and wrapped them look perfect but whenever youd tap them theyd shoot a different frequency. so no i would never advise those to go on anyones car. for $15 you can get an oem hondata resistor box. the older ones work fine, thats what im using.

those are the same ones i used. it is possible that you just have them mounted more securly than i did but for the price of an oem resistor box i'd say its worth it.

I dont know what kind of resistors you used but if you used the 1/4 watt wire wound resistors that was your problem...you need sand block resistors. I run 550's on mine no problem...what did you wrap them in ? I have mine in a project box from radio shack, not much different from the oem box except their inline instead of ganged.
