I have 4 10ohm 10watt resistors for my injectors and was just wondering if it makes a diff to use those or a stock resistor box

thanks

I tried the radioshack resistors twice, to no avail. OEM resistor box worked first time.

They do the same thing. The only difference is that the resistor box is a cleaner install and looks stock if you do a good job.

i used some 1watt resistors once. melted one doing a burnout. still ran a 14.0 on 3 cylinders

just use atleast 5 watt ones and you will be cool

10W 10ohm resistors. cut the yellow/black wire off the injector clip and solder the resistor right in.

warwagon, uberdata user, they didn't work. I got Code 0 from the ECU. I had the soldered inline with the black/yellow resistor wires. In the end, I just said got a resistor box and it's worked ever since.
