Wiring Diagram for Subs in EG's
The remote will go to the switched power. The ground and power of course don't touch the headunit. If you are using low level imputs, connect them to the + and - wires for whichever set of speakers you plan to control them with.

I think it's that white/blue one. Not sure. I've had those be power antenna on some decks and I was wondering why the hell my amps would turn off as soon as I switched over to CD, but they came back on as soon as I switched back to the radio.
Check it with a multimeter just to be sure.
Also if you're going to be using your stock speaker wires to supply a signal to your amps use the "high input" on your amp. Or you can always buy a converter that lets you use the RCA plugs on the amp.

You MIGHT get some sound out of them for a while. Until your burn out the deck's internal amp.
