i recently adjusted my valve clearance, but when i tried to start it..

the check engine light stays on.. and the ecu gives me 10 short blinks anyone knows what the problem is.. it would help me alot!!

pls help!! i need help fast.

IAT sensor

 

where is that located??

o yea, after adjusting no.2 valve do i put the "up" mark again in 12 o clock position?

 

o2 sensor is the sensor that goes into you exhaust manifold. i do not know about the valves.

 

IAT is white 2 pin sensor on #1 runner for d16a6

 

does the car start and idle smoothly?

no.. i think the valve clearance adjustment is wrong..

i might adjust it again..

 

ok everything is running fine now..

the reason why my check engine was on..my IntakeAirTemperature Sensor was disconnected.. and i had a friend adjust my valve clearance. so everything is ok now.. whew!
