Default need help fast

I have been having problems lately with my car hesitating like crazy so I changed all the tune up stuff and no difference. It has almost100,000 miles on it so I thought maybe the valve needed adjustment. So I adjusted the valves and now it has no power at all. No check engine light , at idle its fine and ounce I get up to speed the car runs great. When unbder any kind of aceleration its crap. I mean reallybad. I know I adjusted the valves right but I am thinking my timing was messed uo in the first place and know adjusting the valves made it worse. What u guys think. I really need help and suppod]sed to go to the track on sunday

I'll try that but I think my timing might be messed up. causing the hesitation in the first place and me readjusting the valves making it worse. CouldI be right or wrong I dont know

hard to say bud? i mean if your timming is off your going to lack power on the low end depending if it's advanced or retarded. if you did your timing belt and you were not sure if you were TDC and then adjusted your valves your on your own!
but again if it were a map sensor your prob going to throw a code,
NO SERVICE LIGHTS RIGHT? a shitty o2 sensor will make you run like ****. i would jump out you ecu for a code. may be your getting soft codes that may not pop up?
