If voltage at the horn, the horn is probably dead. I'm assuming the stock horn is just your average compression driver horn of sorts?

I've got the Hella Supertones. Awesome horn. Insallation was very easy. Splice the wire going to the horn, run a wire for ground for the two hellas, then mount them both to the stock location with the stock bolt. Took me about 1/2 hour to do, just because I'm all crazy about wiring properly.

Relays click when they switch. That means it's working / getting power. Check to see if you have voltage at the horn, and you'll be able to tell if the horn is working or not.

So then could I wire a horn from like a Crown Vic to my car. The stock civic horn is pretty weak, and doesn't do much to get people's attention. I've been thinking for a while that a horn from another car would help a lot.

If they're switched / powered the same, then yes it'll bolt right up. If not, you may have to throw in a relay or something.
