Default Horn Does Not Work

Here's the backstory. I bought my car already with a Momo wheel. Took me over two years to get off my *** and attempt to hook it up with my now JDM ITR non-srs wheel. I followed dnt94civic's instructions, https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=273474, but when I grounded the wire, all I hear is a click from under the dash. Sounds like a relay click. I checked the horn fuse under the hood and it was fine.

Any help is appreciated. People suggested checking the horn fuse in the archives, but already done that.

The problem might be the horn itself. Who knows when it was used last. Any suggestions for aftermarket horns that doesn't go "meep meep"?

Check the power going to the horn before you think its the horn. Or try a horn off of any other civic and see what happens.

Alright, I was thinking about doing this but starting raining with T&L. Hopefully better weather tomorrow to check.

Might as well replace it with a louder one if the stock wiring is ok.

The problem was the horn took a crap. Replaced it and works.

Working horn with my JDM ITR non-srs wheel, woohoo!

I did once and the guy chased after me.

I need the horn to pass safety over here.
