tdc sensor
ive got the f22b dohc. h23 ecu and running the h23 distributor with external coil set up. ive got a tdc sensor code and ignition output code. i bought new dizzy,coil,wire,plugs..still getting the code. also it is only missing at 4k rpm and light comes on but the miss goes away when the ecu starts limp mode.. so my question is where is tdc sensor? on the throttle body or in the dizzy.. i had problem with my accord but a new distributor fixed....please help me !!!

The tdc sensor is in the distubutor if its 92-95h23, 96h23 tdc sensor is on the block under the timing cover by the crack. What type of car do you have?

i don't mean to get technical but the tdc is in the distributor on the 96 as well, the sensor down by the crank near the oil pump is called the crank speed fluctiation sensor, what ever the hell that is for, after 96 they called is something totally different
specifically we need to know what year ecu you are runing, that matters the most, then we go from there,

its a p14 ecu f22b motor jdm i replaced the dizzy and still gettin code. does the knock sensor work together with that? can a bad knock sensor cause tdc code? still lost with ignition output code though. i tested my coil and it was within specs.. but replaced anyway. im so lost..
TDC sensor or CKP(Crank position sensor) is inside the distributor. If you have changed the distributor, more than likely it is a wiring problem, or bad ecu. Also it would be a little easier to help you if you gave us code #'s.
are you using the wiring harness that came from the f22b or are you using the original h23 harness,
if your not using the h23 harness, then switch to it now!
