Default Turbo D16a6 projected wheelhorsepower???Maybe someone has similiar set-up?

My friend and I are having a dispute about what my turbo d16a6 project will put out in wheel horsepower/ torque! I think my motor will do 211 whp @ 12 psi and he thinks it will be closer to 250 whp. I was woundering if anyone has the same kind of mods as I and maybe could give me a rough idea of what my motor should put out at 12 psi? Or if you have a Turbo D non-vtec I would be interested in knowing what your motor makes and its mods? This is what has been done so far to my d16a6:

HEAD has been ported & polished on intake and exhaust side.
3 angle valve job
head milled .030 over
ferrea comp. aluminum valves
Crane stage 2 billet camshaft
Skunk 2 adj. camshaft
Cometic headgasket
ARP head studs

Block is bored/ honed .020 over and has been hot tanked
JE 8.8:1 compression pistons
Eagle H-beam 4340 Stainless steel rods
JE piston rings
polished/ balanced crank
balanced and resurfaced stock flywheel

Air Research T3 turbo
2.5" custom turbo piping
Audi front mount intercooler with custom made end tanks
custom turbo exhaust manifold

B&M fuel pressure regulator
450cc DSM injectors
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
S-AFC
MSD SCI ignition w/ Blaster SS coil & MSD cap
OBX 10.3mm spark plug wires
NGK Iridium plugs
Exedy clutch
Thermal 3" cat-back exhaust

EVERYTHING is brand new with ZERO miles on all parts/block/head! If some one else has done a similiar set-up as mine and has had it on the DYNO I would be VERY VERY interested in knowing what this set-up is capable of! I would like to have a rough idea before i go to the DYNO! Please help.

Honda-Tech member "theshocker" made 230hp on 9psi on his stock D16a6. Obd1 converted w/Hondata. Used a T3 turbo. Exact same route I'm gonna do...ahhhh, just need more FUNDS!!! PM him about it.

All that good expensive **** in the motor and you trust the safc??..
Dont cheap out on fuel mangment..
Get turboedit or uberdata like DR_Latino said and get it tuned by a good tuner..
And no one can estimate your HP..Only one way to find out...get it dynoed..

The software is free..Download it from the site on to your computer..

The only thing you have to pay for is this..
Get the ecu socketed to allow the different chips.
Get a chip burner..($50-100)
get blank chips..
When you have turboedit dowloaded on your computer just open up the program for your ecu and modify the ignition tables, fuel curves etc for your needs..then burn the chip and insert it into your newly socketed ecu..
You should have the car dyno tuned by someone who is capable tuning uberdata..
Dont try it yourself if you have no knowledge or experience wtih it....

Well because people like me are scared that they dont know how to tune it... It tends to be a bit more intimadating looking over everything and reading up on it, but once you actually do it, its not that bad... or so I'd like to think....
