hmm yeah you could probably put the boost controller at 25, just don't hit boost. 
From what i know which might not be much, but the b20 stock sleeves are weaker than the b18 stock sleeves.

yes, the block can handle 25lbs but the sleeves r 2 thin and u will end up blowing ur motor. not a very good thing to do. if your goal is to use stock block and put a turbo kit on then 7-10lbs is sufficient. 25lbs is way to much for a stock b20.

there is absolutely no way in hell that this would work.. sleeeeeeve. and what do you need 25 lbs of boost for ur **** better be fullllly built... like stated before 7-10 lbs will give u great power dpending on ur setup, but generally, and if ur planing on being that fast that you want 25 lbs, your gonna have to do a lot of work
