Swapped a B16A2 into a 1992 EG hatch that had a d16z6.

To use its air con system, where can I find a bracket that will mount to the B16A2 and still allow me to use d series AC?

Try the search function and it will say the P-54 bracket from Del Sol SI

 

yeah, im almost certain its the Del Sol Si bracket.

thats what i though. did the sol Si not have the b16?

 

im pretty sure it is the del sol vtec model. not the si model, i think that had the sohc vtec motor in it

You can also use the P7J bracket off of a 97 crv. It bolts right up like a P54 bracket and costs half as much at the dealer.

Do not use the p-30 off the 99-00 SI.. It only allows two or three of the a/c comp bolts to bolt up.
