Default Exhaust Suggestions

Anyone got any suggestions for a cat-back exhast on my HX D16Y5. Im tryin to spend under 500 if possible...

If you dont mind the noise get a apexi N1. It'll give you the most power but they are quite loud. You can get a good used one for under 500

If you get a bolt on exhaust make sure it's for a DX. But I would suggest custom for the cost effectiveness.

Enough research and time and you could get a custom exhaust for under $250.

I'd go with mangaflow muffler and cat, $75 apiece if you look around. No bigger than 2.5", unless your going with boost, due to the raspiness at higher RPM's some people have experienced on N/A engines. Make sure to get an aftermarket header or the only thing the exhaust with do is change the sound and not have a significant power increase. Research is always the key to getting your moneys worth.
