Default spark plug analysis?

okay heres a picture of my old plugs I just replaced today. the two middle ones have a lot of ash build up on them. my best idea is that I am leaking oil in due to old valve seals.... any other ideas?

yes this is a stock motor, never been rebuilt and has 235k miles on it...
the second plug is not melted thats just build up of that gray ash stuff...
if its running lean, how can I fix that?

You're probably fine...do you run your car hard? race? Do you have intake/header/exhaust? which ones?

If you have bolt ons maybe you'd want a fuel pressure regulator so you can bump the pressure a few psi.

If it's totally stock i wouldn't worry about it.

you ever use a fuel or oil additive? if you are, then that's the problem. either that or the valve guide seals.

These dpfi engines tend to run lean. These are the results after 230k miles of use. Just a fact. btw, no 2 looks bad man...
