Default Amps only work when on radio not CD

k i just installed a panasonic cq-c5410u and ive got 2 amps hooked up to it but they are only all working when its on radio. When i switch to cd or mp3 only the rears work, subs and front speakers are not playin anything. Any ideas on what that could be?

ive got jl audio components up front powered by amp and 2 6 1/2's in the rear runnin off deck power and 2 subs in the rear powered by 2nd amp

Remote wire for amps is hooked up to antenna output on the deck. The turn on leads for the amps should be hooked up to the blue wire with the white stripe, not the solid blue wire.
