I just recently rebuilt a d16y7 and installed it in my ek sedan. however now when it gets to operating temp, the engine starts to surge. I have replaced both the MAP sensor and the primary oxygen sensor. I have probably triple checked the vaccum lines and everything seems to be fine there. So Im figuring its more or less got to be something in the intake manifold (IACV or idle screw) only problem being Im not sure how to check these out. So I was hoping that someone on here might be able to help me out or possibly give me some other ideas of what to check.

Most of the time the IACV will cause the engine to surge. Or if your doctoring with the coolant lines that go through the t-body
