question on 99-00 SI stock springs vs. lx/ex spring??
any difference in spring rate/height etc??
or basically will it raise the car up even more since they're probably heavier rate springs to deal with the extra 50lbs up front versus the d-series engine??
will they lower or raise the car?

spring rates are different. the Si is suppose to be "sportier" so it has firmer springs and shocks.
