i agree!...i dont know how that would work since its attached directly to the master cylinder.....too bad its not like your clutch fluid reservoir cuz that one is easy to move somwhere else!
yeah, what is tilton?

thanks for the link'age post
Its not a drag car, this is a daily driver/drag for fun. I just thought Id also mention its the resavoir thats hitting, not any lines or the cast part of the MC. Maybe smaler slimmer container? Is that possible?

That notch that comes out of the IM. Grind it down until it wont hit than weld it close. Best bet. Or find a way to make the resorvior higher like a spacer.
That IM looks like a Victor X IM???

to answer your questions...
1. Its a REVHARD manifold (supposely they bought/copied the victor design)
2. I could grind down the manifold; like I said i thought the hole is just for the direct port for n2o
3. 1991 OBD0 Integra
The object of making this work is not to grind or fraborcate anything btw.
Im going to see if i can space it/re-route the container. Theres got to be a way
What makes the tilton kit RACE only? Why couldnt i use it for daily driving?
Whats the disadvantages using a smaller break booster?

in general smaller brake parts = to less braking power... generaly speaking</TD></TR></TABLE>
thats what I was thinking, but what about a smaller mc and bigger rotors and brakes?
Ummm options options options.... ill try to relocate it first.

If you dont want to grind, how about loosening all the bolts to the IM and then pushing it away, you may get another 'paper' worth of space
Or how about something like this to keep it from moving too much? http://www.evasivemotorsports....MC-BR

never thought about loosing the bolts and pushing it the other way. that manifold is a universal fit so some of the bolt holes are slotted rather then a hole.
that MC thingy; they didnt make it for my car :*(

Yeah seriously, I bet the intake runners and head ports aren't anywhere CLOSE to matching up.

not all of the holes are slotted, i was wrong

Just the ends are different due to the gsr head vs b16/c5 heads
the outlaw gasket matched up well with both sides of the gasket. I didnt think it was worth paying someone to touch up 1mm's of space. Id call it perfect and im pretty ****.
ummm... Im going to try and get this container repositioned. I bet i can figure something out. Id hate to saw something up
