How do you lower the boost on a 14b internal wastegate turbo?

I heard that you rotate the long screw? but which way?

Photos would help alot.

Really? It doesn't say "no trial users", but you would know better than I would

 

take the wastegate off and run some springs from the housing to the WG flapper. you will have to do some trial and error to see how many springs you will need to run to get your preferred amount of boost.
