try lowering the torque setting on your gun, then set it to tighten. Then hit the bolt for 2-3 sec, then switch to loosen. Should come right off. Works for me every time. HTH

I tried with an air gun and PB blaster for about an hour and it didn't budge. Hit it with a torch until it just starts getting cherry and quickly hit it with the gun. It came off first try with that. Make sure you torque that bitch back down though, I didn't get it all the way and I was going down the road for a test drive, The car started vibrating and the battery light came on. I killed it and coasted to a stop only to find the pulley barely on, the key and alternator belt gone, and myself pissed. Good thing I know how to Jerry rig some ****... https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1026040

yeah the bolts need to be removed and put back in, in a sequence.

Put a long breaker bar on it, then let the breaker bar handle rest on the ground, put the car in first gear, but then push the car backwards, this will spin the engine backwards, loosening the crank bolt.
