I tried Autozon, Advance, and Napa, but Napa didn't answer. They can't even get the pulley...
Thanks AgentJam, I had a junk block, but I tossed it. I think I'll try to make one...

Just order one from the honda dealer there like $2.00ea. usually in stock.
Don't try making one unless you have for a template if it's too short or too long it won't stay there. Also it's made of hardened material so if you make one it should be the same.

I made one out of a paint can opener. I forged it with a hammer to get the same shape as the old one. I think I'll still get the OEM one though. They're closed today though and I need to go 150 miles to work tomorrow night.
So this is my only option.

dude...if you could hammer it into a shape then don't use it. I wouldn't risk it honestly. I guess if it survives startup then it should be okay as long as you don't rev or drop rpms quickly

It's not real soft, but it's not as hard as the og one. I've been running around getting the rest of the things I need to tune up the engine, and it hasn't slipped or anything. I think it'll last until I can get something better. Thanks for the concern though.

That's my best guess, because no parts stores can get the pulley, much less the key. I'll look at home depot, I know for sure if I can get one at honda, I will. I have to get a dizzy seal too while I'm there. This thread is done... If you have this problem, get a few as to have extras. For dumbasses like me to bum off you. Ha
If anyone is interested, I'll get part numbers and such.

You can make your own woodruff key out of just about anything. I used some aluminum rod and filed it down until it fit into the crank with a tap of a hammer. It lasted over 3 years and a few timing belt changes.

My temporary is made of some sort of alloy, but I'm not going to jeperdize my engine. I called Honda today and they have 5 in stock. I'll go ahead and get the part numbers. Thanks everyone for the replys and ideas.
