Default Pulling with a B18c or B20

This is not your run of the mill, witch is better crvtec or built b81c question. I currently have a gsr teg. I bought a b20 to do a vtec head swap because along with the daily driver duties of my car I also need to tow my dirt bike and trailer around. Some people have told me to ditch the b20 and just build the b18c. Torque and reliability in towing is my main concern. Some help or thoghts?

thats cool.. well honestly the increased displacement of the b20 would be easier for torque.. crv

i'm gonna build my gsr to 84mm, but its stil not a 2.0 kuz the crank is smaller than that of a crv.

Thanks for your thoughts. Well I've got a strong B18c so I cant afford to ditch it for a H series right now. Anyone else have thoughts. Seems a lot of people are having problems with there b20 swaps. The extra weight like 1100 pounds might make the temp rise too much?

for a small dirtbike either motor should suffice.
my buddy he's on hondatech had a d16 delsol...hooked up a trailer and trailered his ls1 swap from texas to chicago with no problems.

the same delsol with a b18 pulled another b16 delsol (non-running complete 100% non-gutted car) from st. louis to chicago. u'd think we live in the "sticks" or middle of nowhere with these hilarious tasks. but no from chicago. heh.

honda's aren't made for towing...both motors running strong to this day

if it is a daily driver, just build the b18c; better r/s ratio = increased longevity of your motor. Crvtec = eat **** and die!!!
