I had the same problem until I found out that my ignition coil got melted.
So I replaced it with 90-91 Integra ignition coil and the problem went away.

have you replaced the fuel filter recently, and maybe flush the injectors that may help, all it takes is one bad tank of gas to **** everything up

Are you using 5w30 engine oil? I heard it's better for starting on cold days.
How's your battery or starter?

Look at your tb. There's a throttle stop screw there. I had this problem when mine vibrated out. Try adjusting it so that it pushes the throttle lever up a bit. This will add more fuel when you start the car.
