Default I need help!

I have a 2001 Acura integra gsr turbo coupe. Well, just a week ago, one early cold 20 degrees morning; I started my car and I didn't bother letting my car warm up cuz I was in a hurry then I try driving it then it stall; tried again and stall... Then my car just doesn't start at all. I turn the key, hear my fuel pump prime, checked sparks, checked injectors with a voltmeter, checked my msd ignition distributor and cap, checked my starter switch with a voltmeter, changed new main relay, new fuel filter..sigh.. I pretty much did everything and it still doesn't start. Btw, I have 2 degree colder spark plugs by ngk. Idk if that would cause my car not to start or not.

Clarify, "car just doesn't start at all" engine cranks, [turns over] but does not fire, [start] or engine will not even crank? 94

Engine would crank over but just doesn't fire up.
