NEED HELP ON COLD START CONCERN

Default NEED HELP ON COLD START CONCERN

I HAVE A 91 CIVIC WITH B16....EVERYTIME I GO TO START THE CAR ON A COLD START I HAVE TO CRANK IT ABOUT THREE TO FOUR TIMES...ANY IDEAS?....
BUT LETS SAY ITS ALREADY WARMED UP....ITS STARTS RIGHT UP...ITS ONLY IF ITS BEEDN SITTING FOR AWHILE....

Do you normally keep your fuel tank topped off? If you allow the fuel pump to prime the lines for a few moments before engaging the starter, does it still behave this way?

Is it really that big of a deal? I mean, if it still starts every time, I don't see a problem . . .

What do you mean crank it? turn the key four times?

Yes I prime the system twice just to make sure of that.

I try to turn the motor over. It wont start at all when cranking.

My B18 power 90 does the same thing, but i always start and i am not worried about it.
