t25 or t3?

Whatcha think...
T25 or T3 turbo for a d16y8?
Looking for quick boost and decent power, without all the headaches most people experience.

What vehicles can I find these turbo's on?
Ford? Volvo? Eclipse?

t25. My friend has a d15 non vtec with rods and pistons. He owns a four door civic and runs 12.16. He says the turbo spools super fast.

I believe some volvos came with the T25
